Services and Scope

VPNPJ provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, allowing users to connect to international routes and access international websites. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel. Available routes and connection methods are as shown in the panel.

The subscription provides network connectivity only; it does not include accounts, memberships or content licenses for third-party websites or apps. Target platforms have their own regional, account and usage rules. Users should check independently that they meet those requirements; connecting successfully to a route does not mean a third-party service will necessarily permit access.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are enough. Keep your login details and subscription link secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Subscription links function as access credentials and should not be shared publicly. If you suspect a link has been exposed, take action through the panel and submit a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on their own devices. This does not permit reselling, renting or publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing account and subscription credentials with others. Do not abuse the service through automation, consume unusual amounts of resources or disrupt other users' connections.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and do not expire. Before paying, review plan prices, traffic allowances and billing methods. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their place of residence and actual use, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, violating others' privacy or intellectual property rights, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

Users are responsible for determining whether the content they access and their business activities are lawful, and must not use the service to harm others' rights. VPNPJ may take measures to restrict clear cases of abuse. Requests made under applicable law will be handled in accordance with that law and the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by local networks, device settings, carrier routing, target platform policies and maintenance. VPNPJ does not guarantee that every route will always be available or that specific websites, apps or regional content will remain accessible. If you experience a problem, first check your subscription status and client configuration, then report it through a support ticket.

Necessary maintenance or route adjustments may affect connections. The handling of issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, device faults or other factors outside the service's control will be determined under applicable law and based on the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or limit rights users have under applicable law.

Refund Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, identifying the relevant order so the payment record can be verified. You do not need to cite connection problems or any other specific issue with your use of the service.

Refunds require verification of order ownership and payment records. Do not submit passwords or subscription links through public channels. Updates on the refund and any requests for additional information will be handled through the support ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the relevant payment channel. Subscription benefits associated with a refunded order will end.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing of credentials, malicious attacks or ongoing resource abuse, VPNPJ may take measures based on the impact, including restricting connections, suspending a subscription or terminating an account. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may explain the situation in a support ticket and request a review. Related orders and refund matters will be handled under these terms and applicable law.

If service rules change, VPNPJ will update these terms and the last-updated month on this page. Significant changes affecting user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Review any changes before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket about how your existing subscription will be handled.
